Rangers front-man Heidar Helguson will be touch and go for the Burnley clash this weekend.

The Icelandic international is no stranger to an injury and despite his relatively unblemished record this season, picked up a knock against Bristol City.

After falling heavily at Swansea earlier in the week, Helguson was replaced by debutante Rob Hulse at Ashton Gate.

Helguson has suffered an inflammation of his shoulder according to boss Neil Warnock and will only be allowed to join in training later this week.

Hulse could then be in line for his full debut at Loftus Road this weekend as Rangers take on promotion rivals Burnley while Helguson may take a well-earned break.
