Lee Cook is rumoured to be the subject of a bid from Queens Park Rangers to bring the winger back to W12 permanently.

The Mirror is carrying the story this morning that QPR will complete the £850,000 deal next month when the January transfer window opens once again.

The self-professed Rangers fan made the move to Fulham last summer but failed to make an impact at Craven Cottage owing to injury and the untimely departure of manager Lawrie Sanchez.

Since then Cookie has made the move back to W12 on loan, making 17 first team appearances for the R`s. However it has been debated whether or not he will slot in to Paulo Sousa`s new look diamond formation, which doesn`t carry much width.
