Plenty of QPR fans have sung the praises of Liam Kelly after he pulled off a match-winning save against Derby midweek.
The Scotsman has managed to wrestle the number 1 spot from Joe Lumley and seems to be repaying the faith made in him by manager Mark Warburton.
QPR’s official account tweeted out a video of the ‘keeper making a crucial save in the 92nd minute against the Rams, to which plenty of fans responded with their comments.
The save was made after Martyn Waghorn made a close-range header which was hard and low, but a reaction save with the left-foot of the Scotsman was enough to get the ball away from danger.
Who should play in goal?
Liam Kelly
Joe Lumley
The stop was all the more impressive due to his ability in not putting it in the path of another attacker, and he can take great encouragement in playing a key part in ensuring all three points for his club.

It was a big win for Rangers who managed to pull themselves further away from the relegation zone; a relegation zone which is constantly picking up points.
Mark Warburton’s side are now up to 13th in the division and are nine points ahead of Wigan Athletic in 21st. They are also just 10 points behind Preston North End in sixth, so with 11 games to go, there’s still a lot of football to be played before they discover their fate for next season.
