Patrick Agyemang and Hogan Ephraim look set for loan moves away from Queens Park Rangers

Agyemang looks set to step down to the Championship, with Millwall reportedly interested in capturing the 31-year-old striker.

The Ghanaian international was a sensation when he made his permanent move to W12 in 2008 – netting several goals in quick succession to retain QPR’s Championship status.

Many had raised eyebrows in regards to the four-and-a-half year deal offered to the forward, but inspired form early on helped dispel some doubts.

Playing fleeting roles under successive managers, Agyemang has also struggled with his fair share of injuries that has blighted his progress.

Kenny Jackett is among a few parties interested in the striker, who has already had a loan spell at Bristol City while under contract at Rangers.

Ephraim meanwhile has also courted interest from Millwall in the past, but Dougie Freedman also seems to be casting an eye over the lively wide-man.

A successful loan spell saw Rangers capture the former West Ham United youngster from the Premier League in 2008, and again has found different degrees of success under different management.

He has several England youth caps to his name and was loaned out for a short term in 2009 to Leeds United, in order to help in their bid for promotion.

Following the elation of promotion, both forwards must now be contented with loan moves away from the top flight in order to get game time.
