They’re just playing with our emotions with this tweet aren’t they?
Given all the speculation that has surrounded him in recent days, surely the club’s social media team must know what they are doing when the posted it and the kind of response that it was going to get.
QPR forward Nahki Wells has been in the news a lot recently, with some reports suggesting that he is set to be recalled by his parent club Burnley this month and sold on to the highest bidder, something that has caused some debate amongst the faithful in West London.
So quite what the club were doing sending out this tweet, showing Wells happy during a training session ahead of Friday night’s game against Sheffield Wednesday, it elicited quite the response from fans on Twitter, with many trying to work out if there was some sort of special meaning behind the tweet. With some people reading into it a little harder than others.
Go on @nahkiwells fans luv ya to be here 💪

Are you OK with the club's account taking part in this kind of 'banter'?
Yes
No
Hopefully, that means there’s going to be some news on that front, but I’m not going to get my hopes up entirely, there’s still a lot of time to go in this transfer window, and there are many twists that this story could take.
