4 Tackles, 2 Key Passes & 2 Shots Sees QPR Man Impress Again For MotM

|

Saturday turned into another disappointing day for Queens Park Rangers fans as we fell to another defeat to Nottingham Forest at Loftus Road.

With the departure of Steve McClaren, caretaker gaffer John Eustace has achieved his aim of securing our Championship position for next season and that’s the important thing, even if defeat now means back to back losses once again.

The deeply disappointing thing was we better dominated the game and had far more chances than the visitors, we just didn’t do enough with them and that was epitomised by statistics website Whoscored as they dished out their player ratings.

Costel Pantilimon took the star man award for his performance between the sticks, but Ryan Manning rated an impressive 8.32 to take Man of the Match for us.

Completing the top five were Geoff Cameron (7.68), Joe Lumley (7.29), Josh Scowen (7.15) and second half substitute Olamide Shodipo (6.75).

Simply have to hope next season is better.
