“4 Points Away From The Play-Offs” “Makes My Sunday A Happier One” – These QPR Fans Delighted With Latest Victory

|

With a turn in form for Queens Park Rangers under head coach Steve McClaren in the more recent weeks of the 2018/19 Championship campaign, clearly, we didn’t let the October international break get in the way of things as we took a 2-0 victory over Ipswich Town at the weekend.

Heading to Portman Road for the game on Saturday, QPR secured victory and all three points courtesy of an own goal on the day from their goalkeeper Dean Gerken, and a Tomer Hemed penalty in first-half stoppage time.

It wasn’t just the three points that were important to keep our mini-momentum going, it made it three away wins for the campaign which is exactly what we achieved in the entirety of the 2017/18 campaign so that’s already a positive and should do wonders for confidence in the group.

Keeping the clean sheet was also massive for us (our fifth of the season), as was limiting them to only three efforts at goal – all in all, it was a good day on our travels and these fans lapped it up on social media following the match.

Oh God, did someone mention the Play-Offs!
