3 Tackles, 6 Shots & 3 Key Passes Sees QPR Star Lift MotM Once More

|

Following the September international lull, Queens Park Rangers got back to action on Saturday as we welcomed newly promoted Luton Town to Loftus Road for the next Championship clash.

Having won two on the spin, manager Mark Warburton was looking to make it three and although we didn’t have the game go entirely our way, we did take a 3-2 victory, but it could’ve been far more comfortable than that given our 3-0 lead by the half hour mark. With Ebere Eze and Nakhi Wells (brace) getting themselves on the scoresheet, statistics website Whoscored rewarded them generously in their player ratings.

Eze took their star man award with a score of 9.29 in recognition of his goal and assist, but Wells following closely behind, earning a rating of 8.08 for his two goals on the afternoon. Completing the top five were Tony Leistner (7.37), Ryan Manning (7.25), and Jordan Hugill (7.05).

Four wins from seven, three on the spin and a lofty seventh place in the second tier table – not a bad start is it.
