3 Key Passes, 76 Touches & 6 Tackles Sees This Man Take MotM

Queens Park Rangers’ continuing poor form carried on in Wednesday evening’s Championship clash with Rotherham United.

Welcoming Paul Warne’s side to Loftus Road for the game, after a goalless first half, Semi Ajayi helped himself to a late brace in the game and although Bright Osayi-Samuel drew us level again in the meantime, his second goal saw all three points go their way.

Statistics website Whoscored had Rotherham comfortably edge the overall player ratings from the game as you’d expect, but midfielder Mass Luongo’s efforts were picked out as he took our Man of the Match from the game with a score of 8.20.

Samuel was in second place with 7.14 for his own individual showing, but our top five best performers on the night were completed by players who didn’t rate above a seven. Joel Lynch (6.97), Darnell Furlong (6.87) and Nahki Wells (6.68) completed the set.

The pressure continues to mount on manager Steve McClaren sadly as only a few months ago we thought we were on for a good campaign.
