With the release of the Premier League fixtures last week and last Wednesday seeing the EFL following suit, the full details for the final weekends across all four professional tiers are now known.

Once again for 2017/18 each division will have it’s own final day and final kick off time slot.

The Premier League will again close out its final day on Sunday May 13 and presumably all fixtures on that day will be set for 3pm, enabling Sky Sports like last year to screen at least one final top flight game for the campaign.

Similar is again true at Championship level with Sunday May 6 being the final day of the campaign, but matches will carry a 12.30pm again so that Sky can take at least one more fixture.

All games in each division should take place simultaneously so all sides involved in promotion and relegation this year can see their fates resolved fairly and concurrently with no side gaining an advantage.

For League One that means a curtain closer of Saturday May 5 with games taking a 5.30pm kick off again enabling at least one fixture to be screened live by Sky.

League Two also comes to a close on Saturday May 5 but will carry a kick off time of 3pm – however at this stage there are no plans to screen any of the fixtures live, by Sky do retain the right to alter that depending on how the campaign plays out.
